Returns + Exchanges



Legacy Brand Leather takes pride in the quality of the items shipped out.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, we will accept a return if: the item is in its original unused condition, and if the shop has been notified within 7 days of receipt of the item.  Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for personalized/custom orders.

Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, and the refund will be made AFTER the item is received.  Please do NOT send back product without authorization to do so.  Please contact the shop before shipping anything back to us.
