Shipping + Handling
I will ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of order, but I always try to ship as soon as humanly possible.
Orders ship via USPS First Class, or USPS Priority, depending on what is selected.
Packages are not insured, however if you would like the package to be insured, please contact me after placing your order. It is up to the customer to file a claim should a package not be received.
If an order is lost, damaged, or sucked into a black hole, I will not be able to replace it without a new order.
Orders ship via USPS First Class International, please contact me BEFORE placing your order if you would like to ship USPS Priority International. USPS First Class International only provides tracking until the package leaves the U.S. Once it leaves the country, it is in the destination country's customs/mail system's hands. We cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs and it will be the customer's responsibility to claim and pay any additional fees when retrieving from customs.
SHIPPING TO BRAZIL: Unfortunately, we have had more headaches dealing with Brazil customs than we personally have time to deal with. If you place an order we will either refund it, or will confirm with you that you are willing to pay all of the extra customs charges on your end.
